Due to multiple reviews claiming that this scooter was difficult to assemble, people can be a bit skeptical when they purchased it. There are four pieces: the frame, two wheels, and a handlebar. Similar to a peddle bike, it had a braking system. To assemble it, you had to work for 15 minutes without instructions. Good quality! The wheels performed perfectly after you apply WD-40’d them for faster speed!….
